To comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will promptly address all reported claims of copyright infringement that occur through our services, as directed to our designated Copyright Agent, as outlined in the notice procedure below.

If you are the copyright holder, or are authorized to act on behalf of a copyright holder, or have any exclusive rights under copyright, please report any suspected copyright violations occurring on our website (the "Site") by filling out the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and submitting it to our designated Copyright Agent. Upon receiving the Notice as outlined below, we will take necessary actions, at our discretion, which may include the removal of the allegedly infringing content from the Site.

• 1. Specify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If this Notice covers multiple copyrighted works, you may provide a representative list.
• 2. Identify the material or link believed to be infringing or involved in infringing activities, and include the URL of the content on the Site or the precise location where the material can be found.
• 3. Provide your company affiliation (if relevant), mailing address, phone number, and, if possible, an email address.
• 4. Include both of the following declarations in the Notice's body:

• 5. Include your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may face liability.

If you believe that the content removed (or to which access was denied) is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, their agent, or under the law to post and use the content, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes the following information:

• 1. Your physical or electronic signature;
• 2. Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and its location prior to removal or disablement;
• 3. A statement affirming that you have a genuine belief that the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification;
• 4. Your full name, address, phone number, email address, a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in Seychelles, and a declaration that you accept service of process from the individual who submitted the notice of the alleged infringement.

Upon receiving a counter-notice, our Designated Copyright Agent may forward a copy to the original complainant, informing them that we may restore the removed content or terminate the disabling action within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner initiates a legal action against the content provider or user, the restored content may be reinstated or access to it resumed within 10 to 14 business days or at our discretion.

In line with the DMCA and relevant laws, we have enacted a policy of terminating, in suitable circumstances and at our discretion, the accounts of users identified as repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to limit access to the Site and/or terminate accounts for any users who violate the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether it is a repeat infringement.
